BlueNova Insurance Agency was founded in 2015 by Marcus Hayes, a former claims adjuster who saw firsthand how confusing and impersonal the insurance industry could be. Frustrated by the gap between what clients needed and what they were getting, Marcus set out to build an agency that put people first.
Starting from a modest office in Houston, Texas, Marcus built BlueNova one relationship at a time. His philosophy was simple: treat every client like family, be completely transparent about coverage options, and never recommend a policy that doesn't genuinely serve the client's needs.
Today, BlueNova is a team of eight licensed agents serving clients across Texas and beyond, with access to over 50 top-rated carriers. We've protected more than 500 families and businesses, and we're just getting started.
