Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such states, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BlueNova Insurance Agency, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
